Located inside a major shopping hub in Festival Walk, EXP is a 6500 s.f. casual dining place showcasing a magnificent gourmet experience by setting half of its restaurant area as an open stage for shoppers and skaters on the adjacent ice rink. The design carefully articulates the gourmet journey by revolving the eating spaces along a trio ensemble of cooking productions. The vivid arrangement of colourful fresh fruit displayed at the shop front juice bar creates a welcoming and eye-catching beginning. Infusing the atmosphere with the aroma of oven-baked pizzas, the central pizza station showcases a pizza assembly line signifying a lively performance of modern food art. As the finale, the open kitchen orchestrates merrily with a sizzling and fast-paced cooking rhythm. To set the stage for an enjoyable gourmet experience, natural wood wall linings are accentuated with bronze trims while floor colours in black, grey and beige are intermingled in gradation. The flowing finishes are juxtaposed with seating chairs in bright colours of orange, green, and yellow chairs, adding a tint of vibrancy and an embellishment of eating fun.
